Timothy G. Sullivan
SOUTHBURY- Timothy G. Sullivan, 68, of Southbury, passed away on Sunday, at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was the husband of Maureen (Morgan) Sullivan.
Mr. Sullivan was born in Roxbury, CT, and lived most of his life in Watertown. He has resided in Southbury for the past 3 years, previously living in Roxbury. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Watertown High School in 1959. He attended Northeastern University in Boston Mass. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was stationed at Chelsea Naval Hospital in Boston.
Mr. Sullivan was a very well respected car salesman having received numerous awards for his professionalism. He was an avid golfer and devoted Red Sox fan. He loved cars and was a huge fan of NASCAR racing. Mr. Sullivan was a past member of Waterbury Elks Club #265 B.P.O.E. and the Ancient Order of Hibernians in Waterbury.
Besides his wife he leaves three daughters, Colleen Sullivan of Watertown, Margaret (Meg) Sullivan-Espejo and her husband Roberto of Guilford, and Jeanne Sullivan of Coconut Grove FL and two step sons Robert Bianca and his wife Regina of Naugatuck and John Bianca of Wolcott, five grandchildren, Quincy, Jordyn, Mason, Sebastian and Rubi and two step grandchildren, Alyssa and Jake.
He was predeceased by a younger brother William Sullivan.
Mr. Sullivan’s family would like to thank the VNA Healthcare Hospice and Guardian Angels of Cheshire for their all of their help and compassionate care.
