Timothy Charles “Fluffy” Perkins, age 44, a resident of Rochelle, IL, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019.
He was born on March 16, 1975 in Kankakee, IL to Charlene Perkins and Terry Theis. He went to elementary school (K-8) in Kankakee, IL. In 1990 Tim moved to Rochelle, IL and went to RTHS and graduated in ’94.
Tim worked a lot of different jobs like gas stations, he was a security guard, bar bouncer, he drove for PTI railroad transportation, and in 2018 Tim worked as a cab driver for J&S cab.
On November 3rd, 2019, Tim went to Rochelle Community Hospital and at 1:47pm he passed away. He is preceded in death by: Daughter Elizabeth, dad Terry Theis, and grandparents Charles and Gladys Perkins.
He is survived by: Sister April Perkins, stepsister Anitra, nieces Sara and Cadence, and mom Charlene Perkins. Along with many close friends, extended family members and numerous co-workers.
