Timothy A. (Dizzy) Hill, 60, of 7 Ridge Street, died Sunday, October 18, 2009 at The Gatehouse Hospice with his family at his bed side following an extended illness.
Tim and his wife, the former Sandra L. Carson, would have observed their 40th wedding anniversary on Dec. 24, 2009.
Tim was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Tim loved spending time with his family, classic cars and was an avid NASCAR and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was also a member of American Legion Post 1, Williamsport.
Born April 1, 1949 in Williamsport, he was the son of Boyd and Doris Ebert Hill.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his mother of Williamsport; son, Timothy A., Jr. of Williamsport; daughter, Rebecca H. (James J.) Reisinger of York; sisters, Judy Jean of South Williamsport, Linda (Paul) Hauser of McElhattan and Barb Gleckner of Jersey Shore; grandchildren, Aaron and Abigail Reisinger.
Tim was predeceased by his father and brother-in-law, Gary Jean.
