Tim was preceded in death by his father, Reverend Roy C. Burns. He will be fondly remembered by family: wife, Colette; daughter, Ebony; mother, Helen Burns; Siblings, Edward (Mae) Burns, Cathy (Kenny) Taylor; Ricky (Mary) Burns and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as countless friends.
