Tim Alan Brandenburg, 53, Middletown, died August 13, 2010 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 24, 1957, the son of Darrell & Lela Brandenburg, Anderson, Indiana at St. John’s Hospital.
He attended Southview Elementary School, ICA, Heritage Christian of Muncie and Madison Heights in Anderson. He served in the U.S. Army taking basic training at Fort Hood, Texas and then a tour of duty in Europe. After his discharge, he drove semis coast to coast for different trucking companies.
He was a member of the 40 & 8 and the American Legion Post #127. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, gardening, and being in the outdoors. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and being with his friends and family. His wife, Susan, son Mathew, daughters, Christina Gibson and Jenny Jason Biggs and a stepson, Raymond survive him. His sisters, Tonya Doug York and Linda Mark Nuce also survives him.
He also has five grandchildren, Wyatt Alley, Kiersten Gibson, Hannah Osborne, McKenzie Sebring and Caitlin Sebring plus several nieces and nephews. His grandparents, Farrel & Geneva Brandenburg and Roy & Maude Smith preceded him in death.
