He was always there if you needed something. If you called he went. He could fix anything and also never hesitated to take a drive to an auction close or far.
Tom had very special place in his heart for all his animals. Especially his dogs… Boo Boo was one that was his “dog” until she did something bad then she was Peggys.. He had many “favorite” dogs and cats but most of all but he a special place in his heart for Choppers and Kelly.
Loved his tractor pulls and his tractors… also could take a junked tractor and make is into something running. Something he always enjoyed to do.
He was a great listener no matter what it was about. He usually just listened but would also give you the advice you wanted to hear and maybe sometime not what you wanted to hear. Never told you what to do but gave you the options.
He was an Union electrician for 60 years working in Indiana and Colorado. He retired in 2000 on his wife’s birthday so she wouldn’t forget the day…Always a teaser so if he was teasing you then he wasn’t teasing his wife.
He’s going to be missed very much . He touched many lives as he went through life. If you ever met him you would never forget his blue eyes, great smile and his laugh…
