THOMAS E. WELLS
Fountain Hills, AZ Thomas E. Wells, 89 of Fountain Hills, died on Tuesday, April 7th at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocotello, ID. He was born on June 25, 1925 in Jefferson County, Illinois to John and Dona Wells.
He served with the U.S Navy during WWII on the USS Cinnamon, AN 50 Net Layer in the South Pacific. He married Patricia Hamer on May 30, 1946 in Dixon, Illinois. Tom was a food nutritionist and salesman for Moorman Mfg. Company, (Quincy, Illinois) for 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia;
three daughters: Carolyn (Jim) Swanson of Las Vegas, NV; Pam Wells Cupp of Scottsdale, AZ; Patty (Mike) Merriman of Scottsdale, AZ; and one son Tom (Lisa) Wells of Lone Rock, WI; 9 grandchildren: Joe (Janette) Gleason of Surprise, AZ; Tadd (Jenn) Gleason of Homewood, IL; Kristen (Vince)
Stephens of Las Vegas, NV; Rachel (Dale) Gilbert of Phoenix, AZ; Jane Cook of Scottsdale, AZ; Tricia (Tim) Olson of Scottsdale, AZ; Brian (Tanya) Merriman of Albion, ID; Justin Wells of Dodgeville, WI; and Ryan Wells of Dodgeville, WI. and 16 Great Grandchildren, with one more due in May. He was preceded in death by his eight (8) brothers and one (1) sister.
