Thomas Leroy Wallace, of Easton, Maryland, passed away on April 6, 2017, surrounded by loving family. He was born in Buxton, North Carolina in 1934 to Thomas and Lucy Wallace.
At a young age, Tom moved to Hog Island, Virginia, where his father was an Assistant Keeper of the Hog Island Lighthouse. From there they moved to the Sherwood, Maryland area where Tom grew up and graduated from St. Michaels High School.
In the late 1950’s, Tom married Juanita Louise Bozman and had a daughter, Bonita Renee, and remained in the Sherwood area. Later Tom married Esther Lorraine Hause of St. Michaels. Esther brought two children to the marriage, Luvona and Tracy and resided in Oxford, Maryland. After moving to Cordova Road in Easton, Tom and Esther had two additional children, Rebecca and Melissa.
Tom was a active member of First Baptist Church in Easton Maryland. He enjoyed life. He was a carpenter by trade and had many hobbies including roller skating, biking, canoeing, camping, fishing and traveling.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, two infant siblings, a sister, Melvina Harrison and a brother, Maurice Wallace. Tom is survived by Marie Mulvaney (sister), Agnes Haddaway (sister), Jessie Andrews (sister), Bonnie (daughter) and Lee Timmons, Rebecca (daughter) and Rob Eismann, Melissa (daughter) and David Pitchford, Luvona (step-daughter) and Tim Dobson, Tracy (step-son) and Pam Sinclair, Brad (grandson) and Megan Timmons, Lee Timmons II (grandson), Hannah, Bailey and Sophia Pitchford (granddaughters), Michelle (step-granddaughter) and Jason Abbott, William (step-grandson) and Catherine Slayden, Dustin, Corey and Nathan Sinclair (step-grandsons), Sylvia (Bobbi) Richardson (dear friend), 4 great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grandpets.
