Born in Gowanda, New York, Tom graduated in 1959 from Pine Valley Central School. He was honored to serve his country in the U.S. Army with posts at Ft. Devens, MA and Okinawa. Employed as an Analyst with the Department of Defense, he was honored to work for them for over 30 years.
