Thomas “Tommy” Howard, age 75, went to his heavenly home on June 5, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Inez Howard and brother, James Howard. He is survived by his wife Neta; daughter, Shannon Barnett (Chad); a son, Shawn Howard (Paige McLaughlin); grandsons, Jordan and Davon Howard; granddaughters, Kaylee, Kelsey and Kendall Barnett. He was a longtime member of Bridge Point Church and retired from the Birmingham Water Works in 2000, with 35 years of service.
