Tommy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved was preceded in death by his parents, James Cecil Hughes and Lavada Lee Tarver Hughes; and his wife, Marilyn to cherish his memory are his daughter, Tamera Annette (Silverio) Rodriguez; 3 grandchildren, Gage Michael (Samantha) Rodriguez, Hannah Renee Rodriguez, and Mia Kate Rodriguez; his brothers, Jim (Barbara) Hughes, Willie (Patricia) Hughes, and Mike Hughes; his sisters, Kay Hughes and Joannie (Matthew) Hughes; numerous nieces and nephews; and friends.
