Thomas “Thom” Yeater, age 59, of Wisconsin Rapids, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his residence.
Thom was born January 27, 1959 in Laona, Wisconsin to Laverne and Margie (Campbell) Yeater.  He married Lisa Wirth on March 7, 1992 in Wisconsin Rapids.
Thom worked as an over the road truck driver for many years.
 Thom was an exceptional cook and was known for his delicious stuffed lasagna, meatloaf and special hams on holidays.  He enjoyed doing crafts and making projects.   Thom had an excellent sense of humor and loved to play jokes on his daughter and sister, especially on April Fools Day.  He was also known to make up a jingle or two and sing it to make everyone laugh.  He treasured time spent with family.  The family has many fond memories of camping trips to Dexterville Park.
Thom is survived by his wife, Lisa; children: Travis Yeater, Stacy Kietzer, Thomas (Melynda) Yeater Jr.; grandsons: Jonathon and Hezekiah; great-granddaughter, Emberlyn; sisters: Mona, Lynette (Steve), Debby (Dave), and Amy; and his mother-in-law, Linda Wirth.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Dean, and brother-in-law, Thomas.
