Thomas Sterling O’Neil, Jr., 79, of Severn passed away on October 8, 2017.
“Butch” as was affectionately called was born on July 22, 1938 in Baltimore, MD to the late Thomas Sterling, Sr. and Rose Virginia (Perry) O’Neil. He married the love of his life Nellie Ann (Flippin) O’Neil and together they enjoyed 41 years of marriage before her passing in 2010. Butch was the owner of Reliant Heating and Air Conditioner. He enjoyed golf and at one time was a member of the Highland Hackers Golf Club. He created many memories with his purple school bus that the club used for golf trips.
