Tom was born on March 14, 1977 in Freeport to Robert and Joan (Smith) Schramm. He was a 1995 graduate of Marquette Academy, and worked as a painter. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church. He was an avid Cubs fan and also enjoyed Bears football, fishing, and softball. He loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his fiancée, Khristina McCaslin, his parents of Ottawa, and his children, Gage Arntzen, Hailee Arntzen, Lexi Schramm, and Maddie Schramm, 6 brothers and sisters, Rob (Jorgeanne) Schramm, of Bureau, Joseph Schramm, of Normal, Mary (Robert) Camerier, of Oswego, Julie (Dan) Shreve, of Ottawa, Jon (Michelle) Schramm, of LaSalle, and Mike (Erica) Schramm, of Minooka, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
