Thomas J. Schott, 50, of Toluca, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Asta Care Center in Toluca. Arrangements are pending at the Mueller-Pagani Funeral Home in LaSalle.Thomas was born on June 22, 1965, in Spring Valley, to Joseph and Christel (Bracke) Schott. Tom received his Doctorate from the Iowa Osteopathic College of Medicine. He then became a Surgical Podiatrist for 12 years.
Tom is survived by 2 brothers, Michael (Alice) Schott, Robert (Kathy) Schott, of Spring Valley, Constance Connie (Marcus) Perry, of Elm Grove, WI, and Uncle to, Quinn, Owen, and Isabelle Perry, and Nick, Nicky, Cory, and Marshall Schott. He was preceded in death by his parents.
