Tom graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1965 and served in the United States Army. He attended Indiana State and later received his bachelor’s degree from IUPUI. He retired from the US Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
Survivors include his son, James Halloran; siblings, Margaret Anne McDaniel and John (Kathy) Halloran; and grandchildren, Shannon, Patrick and Colleen Halloran. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 44 years, Suzanne (Simmons) Halloran; parents; and son, John “Jack” Halloran.
