Thomas Michael Valencia, 46, of Cromwell, passed away on Monday, January 25th at Hartford Hospital surrounded by his family after a long illness. Born in Hartford, he was the beloved son of Margaret P. V. Lassen of Cromwell and the late Robert P. Valencia. For many years, Thomas found great satisfaction working with the developmentally disabled for the State of Connecticut and for private agencies. Besides his mother, he leaves two cherished daughters, Nicole T.
