Born September 4, 1945 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of Constance Marie Hill, and the late Thomas Merhl Hill. He leaves to cherish his memory, three children; April Hill-Addison (Elvin), Corey Hill, and Dale Hill (Maria); four grandchildren, five sisters, nine brothers, brother and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of friends. Mr. Hill was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Marguerite (NanNan) Sappington; father, Thomas Merhl Hill; sister, Lisa Hill.
