Thomas M. Montoya, 67, passed away April 17, 2022. A lifetime Puebloan he was born December 2, 1954 to Bernardo and Amalia (Rael) Montoya, who precede him in death.
Thomas loved his kids, grandkids, adopted grandkids, and great-grandkids. He loved fishing with the Gonzales Family in his early years. He was close to them all. Tom would tell everyone he was a motorcycle enthusiast not a biker, but he looked like one. He loved talking to people, telling jokes or just listening. He always thanked the Good Lord that he woke every morning.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Eufemia (Trujillo) Montoya; his children; Anthony “Tony” Gonzales, Celena Bustillos- Chavira (Bryan), Michelle Montoya (Keith), Yvonne Padilla (Ernesto); siblings, Lorraine Montoya, Jimmy Montoya (Betty Lou), Jackie Pizarro, Walter Montoya (Helen), David Rael (Elaine); grandchildren, Michael Montoya (Evelyn), Valentina Bustillos, Emma Bustillos (Phillip Lopez), and Angeline Padilla; great-grandkids, Elizabeth Montoya and Baby Girl Bustillos; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly.
