Thomas Leo Pate, age 58, of Romulus/Buhl, Alabama, Passed away May 27, 2022 of esophageal cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Truman & Myra Jean Pate; and brother, Lamar Pate.

Survivors include his wife Cynthia “Cindy” Pate; sons, TR Pate (Stacey) and JR Pate (Mel); daughter, Cheyenne “Chevy” Pate (Chandlar Hatchett); brother, Henry Leven Pate (Paula); grandchildren, Jase Pate, Clayton & Cole Phillips, Kayla Brown, Anna, Abby, Paige Pate, Maddie, Presley, & Bryleigh  Speck.

Leo was a small engine mechanic for many years. He was a generous man to his family, friends, neighbors, community, and even strangers. Leo was always willing to help others any time, any place, and for any was known as Pop by his grandchildren. He was an avid hunter.  In hope to help others, Leo donated his body to the Anatomical Donor Group.
Leo leaves behind a legacy of love for the Lord and serving others.
