Passed away peacefully on February 11, 2017. He was preceded in death by parents, Lauretta and Anthony Charles, and brother Anthony. Survived by siblings, Joanne (Tim) Tierney, Rosemarie McMann (Bob Perovich), Dennis (Jacqueline) Charles, Katherine McMahon, and Marilyn Riege; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Two special brother-in-laws preceded him in death, Dennis McMann and Michael Riege. Tom loved animals, the Vikings, and living up North in the Bay Lake community.
