Thomas John Prim, age 34, of Dyer, IN, formerly of Thornton, IL, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020. Beloved husband of Michelle Prim, nee DeYoung. Loving father of Aiden and Carson. Devoted son of Steve and Kim Prim and brother of Steve (fiancée Colette) Prim, Tim (Jenn) Prim, and Bob (Katie) Prim. Proud uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Dear son-in-law of Donald and Denise DeYoung; brother-in-law of Scott (Kristin) DeYoung and Eric (Jacqui) DeYoung; and grandson-in-law of Donald and the late Virginia DeYoung and Don and Carol Boomstra.
Preceded in death by his grandparents Donald and Diane Helland and Steve and Amelia Prim. Tom enjoyed race car driving and often raced at Illiana Speedway and the Rockford Speedway. He was loved by many and will be missed.
