Thomas John Hill, 71, of South Bend passed away on Wednesday March 5, 2014, in his home. He was born on November 22, 1942, in South Bend, to the late Leroy Dowd Hill and Elva May (Madson) and was a lifelong area resident. Thomas is survived by his wife, Angie (Righter) Hill; two daughters, Lori (Nick) Russo and Michele (Chad) Nagy, both of South Bend; sisters, Gail Huys and Joan (John) Davis and brother, Paul Hill, all of South Bend and five grandchildren, Will, Brooke, and Hope Elmore, and Amanda and Alexis Russo. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Patrick in 2013 and his brother, James Hill in 2005. His career in banking in the South Bend area spanned over 40 years at Key Bank and Lake City Bank as a VP and Branch Manager. He also served as President of the Harvest Point Association. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed walking, and was an avid Notre Dame and Chicago Bears fan. Tom was well respected by his Banking customers and peers.
