Thomas J. Quinn, 79, passed away on February 26, 2015 after a long illness. He was born April 7, 1934 and raised in New York, New York and attended local schools including graduating Fordham preparatory school and university. He met the love of his life, Rose (Rovtar) Quinn and they were married on February 20, 1965 until his passing.  Thomas and Rose moved from New York to Westport, CT in 1975 where they raised their two sons Thomas and Courtenay.  Later the couple moved to Milford.

Thomas served in the armed forces as a Private, First Class, in the US Army.  He served his country during the Korean War and was stationed overseas.  Later he worked in Manhattan as an advertising executive for such companies as Newsweek, Reader’s Digest, and Dunn and Bradstreet.  Thomas is remembered as a kind man with a welcoming heart.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Rose Quinn and his sons Thomas, Jr. of Tiburon, CA and Courtenay of Milford CT.  He is also survived by his sisters Virginia Quinn and Patricia Connolly together with his brother James Quinn (Jan) and several nieces and nephews.
