Thomas J. Gleason, 64, of Scottsdale, passed away March 29, 2009 at his residence. Born April 5, 1944 in Syracuse, NY, Tom was a 1962 graduate of Most Holy Rosary High School, a 1966 graduate of Notre Dame, a Captain in U.S. Marine Corp and a Vietnam Veteran. He was President of Gleason & Associates and The Retirement Store; member of Valley Leadership Class 2, Lifetime member of Financial Executive Institute, and NFL Players Association Financial Advisor. He was also a member of St. Maria Goretti Parish in Scottsdale. Tom is survived by his loving wife, Catherine; three daughters and their husbands, Margaret and Rodney Heyen, Katie and Joe Rotello and Karen and Vincent Parrott; one son, Thomas J. Gleason, Jr.; one sister and her husband, Marilyn and Ed Campagna; and eight grandchildren.
