Mr. Gallagher was born in Danbury on March 15, 1946, he attended St. Peter School, Norwalk Central Catholic High School, and Western CT State University where he received his BS in Music.
A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, he was a retired electro-mechanical engineer with the Barden Corp. of Danbury and The Branstom Company of Ridgefield.
A lifelong Danbury resident, he was an Honorary Life Member of Wooster Hose Volunteer Fire Company, American Legion, Germantown Fife & Drum Corps, and St.
He is survived by several cousins from the Danbury area.
