Thomas Eugene Wright, 81, of Middletown, beloved husband of Janet (Linderme) Wright for fifty-one years, passed away on Monday, June 23rd at Apple Rehab in Middletown. Born in Hartford on June 22, 1933, he was the only child of the late Kenneth and Welthy (Beckwith) Wright. Tom grew up in Deep River and attended local schools there graduating from Deep River High School in 1951. He also attended Kansas State College and graduated from Boston University in 1956 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Tom was employed by the former Hart Manufacturing Company of Hartford from 1956-1964 and then by Carpenter Technology Corporation of Reading, PA in the Bridgeport office as Manager of Cost Analysis until suffering a debilitating stroke in 1976.
