Thomas Edward Baldwin, 65
West Sand Lake – Thomas Edward Baldwin, 65, of Oriole Avenue died Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at his residence after a brief illness.
Born in Manhattan, he was son of the late Edward Baldwin and Florence Wright Baldwin and husband of Mary A. Pineault Baldwin. He was raised in Manhattan and New York City and resided in Boston until 8 years ago moving to West Sand Lake, was a graduate of Lafayette High School in Brooklyn and earned an Associate’s degree in accounting from Newbury College in Brookline, MA.
Mr. Baldwin was a Security Supervisor for Wackenhut in Albany for the past 6 years.
He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed building model airplanes.
Survivors in addition to his wife include three daughters, Laura L. (Howard) Lewis of Rowley, MA, Janet E. Baldwin of Blackstone, MA and Danielle M. Baldwin of West Sand Lake and his grandchildren, Ashley, Caitlyn, Shelby, Chloe and Aidan Lewis. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Sarah Lewis.
