Thomas E. Yachinich, 85, of Lost Creek passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born in Benuit, Wisconsin on July 31, 1926, a son of the late Blaz Yachinich and Francis Paulich Yachinich. Surviving Tom are his wife of 61 years Elizabeth (Maslik) Yachinich; two sons; Thomas Yachinich of San Antonio, Texas and James Yachinich of Heath, Ohio; one daughter; Andrea Miller and her husband David of Annapolis, Maryland; four granddaughters; Michelle Miller of Annapolis, Maryland, Jennifer Miller-Hambly and her husband Lee of Crofton, Maryland, Katherine and Virginia Yachinich of San Antonio, Texas and one great granddaughter Erin Hambly of Crofton, Maryland. Tom retired with 33 years with the Halliburton Company. He enjoyed watching sports and playing golf. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army having served during WWII.
