On March 28, 2018, Tom passed away peacefully in his sleep, at home. Tom was born in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. on Oct 21, 1967, to his parents Bill and Elizabeth. He graduated from Denver’s East High School and Metropolitan University of Denver where he enjoyed studying creative writing. Tom never complained about his devastating disease, Myotonic Dystrophy, but lived his life with a unique sense of humor and an eagerness for learning. Tom was renowned for his ability to deliver a slew of puny jokes, speak in old English, read Latin, and recite random trivia. He was a World War II and airplane encyclopedia, a fan of electronica music, and lover of all things Sci Fi, especially Star Wars. He loved his brother Jeff who lived with him and cared for him and shared the same interests, such as attending gaming conventions and Comicon. They were good companions.
