Tommy has served as a member of the Governor’s Criminal Justice Council, as Chairman, Okaloosa-Walton Junior College Advisory Committee on Law Enforcement, was a member of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, and has been active in legislative affairs.
