Thomas B. Sullivan, Sr., 85, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Natalie (Cova) Sullivan. Born in Fall River, MA, son of the late Walter Rosput and Alice (Bouchard) Sullivan, he was a longtime New Britain resident and a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church, Newington. Thomas retired from Manafort Brothers and McCristy Industries after many years of employment. He was a member of the New England Teamsters and Trucking. A loving father and grandfather, he leaves his three sons, Thomas Sullivan Jr. of Farmington, Casey Sullivan and his partner Stan Decosta of FL, Walter Sullivan and his wife Ana of Newington, two daughters, Mary Scott and her husband John of Plantsville, and Lisa Scully and her husband Thomas of Northfield, and five grandchildren, Tyler Scott, Michaela Scully, Sarah Scully, James Sullivan and Nicholas Sullivan. He also leaves his sister Carol Anne Sullivan and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, Harold and William Sullivan and Theresa Paul.
