On April 11, 2017, Thomas Anglin Kelley, beloved husband of Laura Payne Kelley; devoted father of Thomas P. Kelley, Elizabeth Kelley Jay (David) and the late Christopher T. Kelley; cherished grandfather of Sean Kelley, Catherine Kelley, Conor Kelley, Emma Jay and Christopher Jay; dear brother of Robert Kelley (Patricia), Richard Kelley (Cindy), Christopher Kelley, Betsey Hambelton (Charles), Paul Kelley (late), William Kelley and Deborah Sweet (Joseph). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, great-grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides a devoted family man, talented nature photographer “Mr. Kelley” was the Deputy General Council for the FBI where he worked for 32 years in various capacities.
