Theron Eugene Scott Sr., 78, of Anderson, passed away on November 16, 2020, at Edgewater Woods, Anderson. He was born on February 16, 1942, in Anderson, the son of Mitchell and Bertha (Elmore) Scott. Theron retired from Anderson Tool & Engineering, where he had worked as a welder.
He is survived by his loving wife whom he married, on October 18, 1969, Ruth (Johnson) Scott; children, Brenda Scott, Theron Scott Jr., Nancy Shelton, Jane Roberts, Troy (Tannie) Scott, and Becky Tovar; sister, Violet Kolenda; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Theron was preceded in death by his parents.
