Therese (Auger) Lebrun 81, of Woonsocket, died Wednesday in Landmark Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of fifty nine years of Lucien E. Lebrun. They would have celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary in September.
Mrs. Lebrun was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Paul and Rose Marie (Nault) Auger. She was a spinner for the former French Worsted, and would later work as a ticketer for TJ Maxx for many years before retiring in 1991.
Mrs. Lebrun devoted her entire life to caring for her husband and children. She was unselfishly loving, always and unconditionally putting her family first.
She was a proud woman who enjoyed cooking and music and dancing and maintained an immaculate home.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three children; Roger Lebrun and his wife Jodi of Woonsocket, Jacqueline Giard and her husband Roger of Chepachet, and Denise Lebrun of Woonsocket, two grandchildren; Adam and Lindsay-Rae , and a great granddaughter Leah Anne. In addition, she is survived by a sister, Marie Auger of Smithfield, and was also the sister of the late Paul Auger, Rachel Auger, and Muriel Desilets.
