Theresa Pratt Alston, age 64 transitioned into eternal rest, Friday, May 14, 2021, at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC. Theresa Pratt Alston entered into this world on November 21, 1956, to the late Reubin and Ada Mae Pratt.
Theresa received her education in the Queens, New York School System. She united in holy matrimony 41 years ago to James Earl Alston and from this union, two children were born. Theresa was a dedicated and beloved employee for many years at Walmart in Siler City, NC. She was a member of Soul Saving Church, where she served as a Mother and Missionary.
Theresa was a loving, caring, mother, sister, aunt, and friend who was always willing to help someone in need. She loved knitting and often knitted beautiful blankets for her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her, loving husband; James Earl Alston, children; James Joshua Alston of Nevada, Reubin Alston of the home, four brothers; Alonzo Pratt of Tennessee, Reuben Pratt of Greensboro, NC, Roscoe Pratt (Lisa) of Carthage, N.C. and Darrell Pratt of Asheville, NC, and a host of other, nieces, nephews, godchildren, family and friends.
