Theresa M. Kirchner, age 87, a resident of Sykesville for six years, and previously of Sunset Beach, died of natural causes on August 22, 2012 at Fairhaven in Sykesville.
She was born on March 14, 1925, in Baltimore, to the late Mary R. and Louis C. Kirchner. After elementary school, she attended St. Elizabeth Commercial School, graduating with honors in 1941. For over 40 years she worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, retiring after supervising three departments.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Stanley W. Kirchner.
She is survived by her dear sister Mary L. Cadogan, of Sykesville; her nieces Lisa Miner and Terri Cadogan; nephew Steve Cadogan and his wife Barb, and many other nieces and nephews.
