Woonsocket — Theresa J. (Nichols) Marini 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in the Ballou Home. She was the wife of the late Giordano “Don” Marini.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Duguay) Nichols.
Theresa was a Self Employed Hairdresser for 60 years prior to retiring.
She was a former member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Italian Workingmens Club and a Ladies Aid at the Woonsocket Hospital.
She spent many years working as a warden at the polling places during election time in Bellingham, MA.
Theresa enjoyed playing cards, dancing, bingo, bowling, and going to the casino. She was also an avid Red Sox fan.
She is survived by her two daughters, Donna Carson and her husband Mark of North Smithfield, RI and Doreen Marini of Bellingham, MA.
She was also the sister of the late Roland and Oscar Nichols.
