SCAPEROTTO1929~2021Theresa G (nee Colasante), age 91, of Overbrook, passed away on February 28, 2021. Predeceased by her beloved husband Charles A Scaperotto of 68 years, and her two loving sisters, Maria Santoro and Rita Quagliarello. Survived by her cherished children, Albert F. and Charles S. (Susan), 5 adoring grandchildren and 12 cherished great-grandchildren.Theresa devoted her life to the betterment of others. She volunteered at the Widener Memorial School for handicapped children, served as member of the Board of the Delaware Valley chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation and headed Saint Joseph’s University Bellarmine Guild for over 20 years. In 1991 she was awarded the Saint Joseph’s University Alumni Association prestigious Hogan Award for the exemplification of Christian principles and outstanding loyal service to the University.
