Theresa A. Clees, 70, of Montoursville, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020, at UPMC Susquehanna.
Born September 1, 1949 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Josephine (Mignano) Ginoble.
Theresa was a graduate of South Williamsport High School and the owner and operator of Tantrums Children’s Boutique. For over 40 years, she worked as an independent Mary Kay consultant where she truly enjoyed helping others look and feel their best.
Theresa loved music, especially live music because she loved to dance. She was a world traveler in her younger years and has spent time in Greece, Italy and Spain. Later in life she continued to travel and just recently vacationed to Colorado. Her daughters were her bright spots in her life. When she lost the love of her life at a very young age, she turned all her attention and focus on the two gifts he left behind with her. Her widowed determination was reflected not only on how she cared for her daughters but how she looked out for the people she cared for and loved the most.
Theresa was always the life of the party where ever she was. Her laugh could fill a room, and you couldn’t help but giggle along with her when you heard it. Her tenacious desire to succeed is what kept her shop “Tantrums” running for years. She may have been little in stature, but she was very mighty in heart. She would help anybody who needed anything if you called her, she was there. Theresa loved the color purple and lilacs.
She is survived by two daughters, Stacy Clees (Tim Slattery) of Williamsport, and Jessica Dahl (Ethan) of Williamsport; six siblings, Carmela Rosevear, Delorse Palmer, Mafalda Scoppa, and Dominic, Joseph and Albert Ginoble; several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and dear friends.
In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Steven R. Clees, and two sisters, Mary Mastellar, and Helen Clabaugh.
