HAVERHILL – Theodore (“Teddy”) Anastasakis passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 26, 2019 surrounded by his family.
He was born in 1955 in Sykea, a small village in Laconia, Greece, the third of six children, born to Panagiotis and Katina Anastasakis. At 13, he came to America join his father and two older sisters in Astoria, New York. There he went to school and worked in various New York restaurants. He then moved to Haverhill and managed the Dunkin Donuts at 614 Broadway, where he always greeted everyone with a warm smile and was gracious with his time and words.
