On Tuesday, June 2, 2015, Theodore R. Johnson, Jr., 62, passed away at his Newington residence. Born in West Hartford on February 21, 1953, he was the son of Theodore R. Johnson, Sr. and the late Betty (Lussier) Johnson. He was a longtime West Hartford and Newington resident and was a luthier for many years for various area instrument retailers. Besides his father, he is survived by two sons, Timothy and his wife Cristina Johnson of Berlin & Michael Johnson of Farmington, a sister Carol Hannon and her husband John of West Hartford, and a grandson Troy.
