T. H. (Ted) Birkeland, at the age of 93, joined his wife, Pauline, in Eternal Rest on October 4, 2009. Ted and Pauline were a loving couple for 54 years. Serving our country in the Merchant Marines during WWII, Ted was a proud member of America”s Greatest Generation. His smiling face and marvelous sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. May God rest his soul.
