Theodore D. LaBarre Sr., 92, a 53-year resident of Ferndale, passed peacefully at Somerford Place in Columbia, MD on June 23. He was born to the late John and Elsie LaBarre on February 20, 1918, in Baltimore. He retired from Western Electric, Baltimore and was a life member of the Telecom Pioneers.
