Theodore Andrew “Teddy” Chayka Jr. was 45 when he died Monday, October 6th at Hackensack University Medical Center. Born in Hackensack, Teddy graduated New Milford Schools where he lived most of his life. Teddy was a friend to many who loved to enjoy life and help people, he leaves behind his mother Jane (nee Zajac) and her husband Steven M. Sura D.M.D. Teddy was predeceased by his father Theodore Andrew Chayka Sr. in 2007.
