Theodore A. Soly, formerly of N. Smithfield, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020, in Oakland Grove Health and Rehabilitation Centre. He was the husband of the late Theresa (Kulik) Soly. He was born in Central Falls, the son of the late Theodore H. and Alida Piche Soly. He was a supervisor in the Parks and Recreation Dept. of the City of Pawtucket, retiring in 2002, and served as Head Grounds Keeper for McCoy Stadium for many years. In his later years, he was a disc jockey for radio station WOON in Woonsocket, retiring in 2015.
He is survived by his daughter Donna Ferra and her husband Brandon of N. Smithfield, his son Anthony Soly and his wife Misty also of N. Smithfield, and his grandchildren: Cameron, Mina, Owen, Lily, and Nathan. Ted was also the grandfather of the late Kaitlyn Ferra.
