Thelma O “Pug” Walters, 93 of Clarksburg, passed away on July 11, 2019, at River Oaks Nursing Home. She was born January 24, 1926 in Clarksburg; the daughter of the late Austin and Carrie Barnes Skinner.
Thelma worked at Seton Nursing Home as a CNA.
Thelma is survived by two sons, Ronald Wayne Wolfe, Clarksburg, Clarence Allan Miller and Susie, Ocean View, DE; siblings, Patty Huff and Jim, Clarksburg, Shirley Rosenthal, Clarksburg, Theodore “Mike” Skinner and Linda, Clayton, NC, Zola Drummond and Jack, Bridgeport; Mary Deveney, Elkins; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Thelma is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley C Walters; siblings, Madge Dembroski, May Billings, Jack Skinner, William Skinner, Lloyd Barnes, Austin Skinner and Bobby Skinner.
