Thelma (Miller) Stallard, 98, of Storrs, Ct., widow of James E. Stallard Jr., died Tuesday Feb. 12, 2002 in Storrs. She was born in 1903 in Fairchance, PA. and had been a longtime resident of Juniper Hill Village in Storrs. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bluffton College in Ohio, in 1925. Mrs. Stallard was formerly of Bristol, TN., and was a retired commercial arts teacher at Holston Valley High School, Sullivan County, TN.
