Peacefully on February 4, 2012, she passed away at her home in Olney, MD. She was a devoted mother to Jacqueline Daye (Charles) and Maurice W. Glenn, Jr. She was a loving grandmother to Tanya Holt (Anthony) and Kenneth Daye. The light of her life were her great granddaughters, Dallis N. Holt and Payten N. Holt.
