Thelma A. Wainscott, 96, of Rising Sun, IN, formerly of Quercus Grove, IN, passed away at 2:47 AM, Tuesday, September 7th, at Dearborn County Hospital, Lawrenceburg, IN. Thelma was born in Ohio County, IN on May 15, 1914, a daughter of the late Edna Pearl (Bliss) and Arthur Lowe. On July 30,1932 she married Claude Wainscott, who passed away on Jan. 9, 1989. They spent almost 57 years together. Thelma was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked hard along side her husband to provide for her family.
